Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Diamond Tools Canada is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Process

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
